Noria co-led Eclipse’s €20M Series A fundraising alongside BNP Paribas, with the participation of Eclipse’s historical investors, including Wind Capital. This transaction will enable Eclipse to accelerate the roll-out of its European BESS asset management platform. We were convinced by the quality of its hybrid positioning, combining on the one hand the development, financing and operation of BESS assets, and on the other hand the optimisation of assets on its own behalf and for third parties. This unique partnership with BNP Paribas is set to help make Eclipse a leading specialist in battery storage optimisation in Europe.
