This two-part transaction combines a €40M fundraising, led by Crédit Mutuel Impact alongside ADEME Investissement and Jimmy’s historical shareholders, including Noria, and renewed State support of €40M under the France 2030 plan. Total financing raised for the project since its inception now exceeds €130M.
