Co-founded by Jean-François Eggericx, Thomas Tirtiaux and Samuel Beaussier, Elax Energie has been developing since 2018 an energy flexibility solution based on the smart control of water heaters and thermal equipment, particularly for social housing landlords. By aggregating several thousand connected devices, the company shifts electricity consumption without affecting occupants’ comfort, and monetises this flexibility by contributing to grid balancing. Noria supports Elax Energie in scaling up its commercial and operational activities.
