Ciel & Terre, the Lille-based global pioneer in floating PV, closed a fundraising in November 2023 from its historical shareholders Noria, Bpifrance and Ciel & Terre Team

Prior to this financing, Noria had successively acquired during 2023 the historical stakes held by TCC (Tokyo Century Corporation, a shareholder since 2013) as well as Itochu and Rev3 Capital (shareholders since January 2020).
